التضامن:تختتم البرنامج التدريبي للرائدات الاجتماعيات بمشاركة 3,220 رائدة

في إطار مشروع «تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية والبشرية لوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي»، بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP)، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي، اختتمت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي فعاليات المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج التدريبي للرائدات الاجتماعيات، بمشاركة 3,220 رائدة اجتماعية من 7 محافظات، من خلال 8 معسكرات تدريبية نُفذت بمدينة الإسكندرية على مدار 24 يومًا.

وشهدت المرحلة الثانية مشاركة الرائدات الاجتماعيات من محافظات "البحيرة والإسكندرية والجيزة والدقهلية وكفر الشيخ والفيوم والغربية"، بهدف تعزيز قدراتهن وتطوير مهاراتهن في التوعية ببرامج وخدمات الوزارة، ودعم دورهن في الوصول إلى الأسر وتعريفها بفرص الحماية الاجتماعية والتمكين الاقتصادي.

وركز البرنامج التدريبي على مجموعة من الموضوعات المرتبطة بأولويات الوزارة، شملت قانون الضمان الاجتماعي رقم 12 لسنة 2025 ولائحته التنفيذية، والتأمينات الاجتماعية، والتمكين الاقتصادي والمنظومة المالية الاستراتيجية للتمكين الاقتصادي، إلى جانب برنامج «مودة» والتربية الإيجابية، والتوعية بقضايا العنف ضد المرأة والفتاة، وآليات مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر والهجرة غير الشرعية، فضلًا عن الإسعافات الأولية للتعامل مع الحروق، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة أهل مصر.

وفي إطار تعزيز وعي الرائدات الاجتماعيات بالخدمات والفرص المتاحة للأسر، شهد اليوم الختامي مشاركة الدكتور عمرو جودة، مدير فرع بنك ناصر الاجتماعي بمحافظة الإسكندرية، الذي استعرض منتجات البنك وخدماته، وعرّف الرائدات بالفرص المتاحة للاستفادة منها، بما يدعم دورهن في توجيه الأسر والتعريف بالخدمات المالية وفرص التمكين الاقتصادي.

وأكدت الأستاذة حنان مصطفى، رئيس الإدارة المركزية لشؤون الأسرة والمرأة بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي، في كلمتها خلال ختام البرنامج، أن الاستثمار في قدرات الرائدات الاجتماعيات يمثل أحد المحاور المهمة لتطوير العمل الميداني، نظرًا لدورهن في التواصل المباشر مع الأسر والمجتمعات المحلية، والمساهمة في تعريفها بالخدمات والبرامج التي تقدمها الوزارة.

وأشارت إلى أن تنوع الموضوعات التدريبية يعكس أهمية الربط بين الحماية الاجتماعية والتمكين الاقتصادي، بما يعزز قدرة الرائدات على توعية الأسر بحقوقها، وتعريفها بالخدمات المتاحة، وتوجيهها للاستفادة من البرامج والفرص التي تسهم في تحسين ظروفها المعيشية.

وأضافت أن اختتام البرنامج يمثل خطوة جديدة في مسار تطوير قدرات الرائدات الاجتماعيات، مؤكدة أهمية توظيف المعارف والمهارات المكتسبة في العمل اليومي، ونقل أثر التدريب إلى الأسر المستفيدة، بما يدعم جهود الوزارة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية وتحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي.

ويأتي تنفيذ البرنامج في إطار الشراكة بين وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي، لتعزيز القدرات المؤسسية والبشرية للوزارة، وتطوير مهارات الكوادر الميدانية، ودعم وصول خدمات وبرامج الحماية الاجتماعية والتمكين الاقتصادي إلى الأسر المصرية.

Ministry of Social Solidarity Concludes Training Programme for Social Workers, Reaching 3,220 Participants from Seven Governorates

Under the project “Strengthening the Institutional and Human Resources Capacities of the Ministry of Social Solidarity,” implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and with the support of the European Union, the Ministry of Social Solidarity has concluded the second phase of its training programme for social workers, with the participation of 3,220 social workers from seven governorates. The programme was delivered through eight training camps held in Alexandria over 24 days.

The second phase brought together social workers from Beheira, Alexandria, Giza, Dakahlia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Fayoum, and Gharbia governorates. The programme aimed to strengthen their capacities and develop their skills in raising awareness of the Ministry’s programmes and services, while enhancing their role in reaching families and informing them about available social protection and economic empowerment opportunities.

The training programme covered a range of topics aligned with the Ministry’s priorities, including Social Security Law No. 12 of 2025 and its Executive Regulations, social insurance, economic empowerment, and the Strategic Financial System for Economic Empowerment. Other topics included the Mawadda Programme, positive parenting, awareness of violence against women and girls, mechanisms to combat human trafficking and irregular migration, as well as first aid for burn injuries, in cooperation with the Ahl Masr Foundation.

As part of efforts to enhance social workers’ awareness of the services and opportunities available to families, the closing day featured the participation of Dr. Amr Gouda, Manager of the Alexandria Branch of Nasser Social Bank. He presented the bank’s products and services and introduced participants to the available opportunities, supporting their role in guiding families towards financial services and economic empowerment opportunities.

In her remarks at the closing of the programme, Ms. Hanan Mostafa, Head of the Central Administration for Family and Women’s Affairs at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, emphasized that investing in the capacities of social workers is a key pillar in advancing fieldwork, given their direct engagement with families and local communities and their contribution to raising awareness of the Ministry’s services and programmes.

She highlighted that the diversity of training topics reflects the importance of linking social protection with economic empowerment. This approach strengthens social workers’ ability to inform families of their rights, introduce them to available services, and guide them towards programmes and opportunities that can help improve their living conditions.

She added that the conclusion of the programme marks another step towards developing the capacities of social workers, stressing the importance of applying the knowledge and skills acquired through training in their daily work and extending the impact of training to beneficiary families. This, in turn, supports the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen social protection and advance economic empowerment.

The programme was implemented within the framework of the partnership between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with the support of the European Union, to strengthen the Ministry’s institutional and human resources capacities, develop the skills of its field personnel, and support the delivery of social protection and economic empowerment programmes and services to Egyptian families.
